This class builds strong musical fundamentals on the student’s instrument of choice—violin, trumpet, guitar, vihuela, guitarrón, or voice—while introducing the core skills needed for mariachi performance. Students will develop technique, reading skills, ear training, and ensemble readiness in a supportive environment, preparing them to confidently audition and perform in a mariachi group. No previous mariachi experience required!
